BILL OF RIGHTS AND CONSTITUTION

First of all as for the long quote on the term paper handout, I would have to agree with
it due to the fact that it was probably written back in the days and back then this quote
would justify many issues and arguments. I agree with the quote due to the fact that
there were many criminals back then and harder to control, such as the Ku Klux Klan where
they had control over certain things. The quote was realized because time back then was
horrible and unpleasant and the government was on the verge of a serious break down which
would cause some big nationwide disaster. That's why the Bill of Rights and the
Constitution were written so it would form a more solid structure of the government. The
Bill of Rights were set of laws describing the duties and liberties of the people and
also serves as an example of the flexibility of the Constitution.
